Jack LaLanne dies at 96

Fitness guru Jack LaLanne, who inspired television viewers to trim down and pump iron decades before exercise became a national obsession, has died at age 96. Nice article on 10 exercises that might help you

Not that you should do only these but the 1-sided exercises listed here should be part of most exercise routines (depending on your goals of course). My favorites would have to be the DB snatch, the pistol (1 leg squat) and the Turkish getup.
