If you want power and strength dead lifts are a must! It is a great total body workout and you will get better results doing them than you will from doing any other exercise. You will feel it in your legs, butt, back, shoulders, arms and even abs! I always recommend doing dead lifts once or twice a week, but you MUST do them correctly or you could really hurt yourself. Always remember to keep your back flat, stick your butt out, look straight and lift with your legs. Here is another good video on showing you how perform a dead lift properly.
