Scary. 91% of voters found this horrible misleading article on Yahoo to be helpful. I suppose people who take that advice should blame mostly themselves for trusting an internet article but I still can’t shake the feeling that Men’s Health and Yahoo are also responsible for giving people such horrible advice.

This article talks about Tony Gonzalez and his neo-vegan diet. This includes fish and chicken so it’s clearly not vegan or even vegetarian, but anyway he doesn’t eat beef. They really don’t give much information on his diet unfortunately. Gonzalez says the diet is working well:

There’s a thread on just about every fitness forum now about Michael Pelps’ diet. This New York Post article makes most of us pretty jealous:
