p90x and deadlifts – what does Tony Horton do for hamstrings and lower back?

I just completed my first week of the famous 13 week program p90x. Good workouts, buring calories, hitting my whole body, or am I? I miss deadlifts. I feel my hamstrings are being neglected – lower back too to a lesser extent. I have a question on the p90x forums now about my missing deadlifts but for now I’m adding them – Week 1 I did them during the leg and back workout. Not sure if I’m going to leave them there or add them somewhere else…
